The Future Leaders Programme
is a youth engagement initiative by the Tidal Legacy Foundation that creates a safe and supportive space for young people to explore leadership, build confidence, and have meaningful conversations about the challenges and opportunities they face.
Through interactive activities, thought provoking presentations, group discussions, and decision making exercises, participants are encouraged to think critically, share their perspectives, and learn from one another in an environment where every voice is valued.
More than a single workshop, the programme is designed to build lasting connections. Participants leave knowing they have a trusted network they can turn to for guidance, volunteer opportunities, mentorship, or simply a safe space to talk.
By fostering confidence, encouraging open dialogue, and connecting young people with ongoing support, the Future Leaders Programme aims to empower the next generation to lead with purpose in their schools, communities, and beyond.
